Was Vankar the director for post-leap Ghum too? I saw someone on Twitter saying they brought him back for Ghum 3 after the leap

then there's no moving them from that #1 spot

They def got the potential to hit #1, like it took them just 3 months to jump from #10 to Top 2! But we can't really trust Ganja makers, they seem allergic to giving us good romantic scenes between the leads.

My thoughts exactly, was he comparing Savi to Aashka

Yeah it looked like he was angry at himself for thinking how different savi was to aashka.

Rajat behaving nonsensical didn't go well with trp audience so it's 2.2 ,as he was accepted as a loving father before ..makers need to stop blatantly copy pasting as the things worked before won't work now...

Too much of parenting aspect is also not much appreciated I feel

I am glad it dropped. They dragged this DNA track too much. But this is also good trp considering other shows were having high moment tracks.

I whole agree that this baapta - Maa ka pyar. Makers have to understand SaRaj are their trp magnet. They have to keep parenting aspect minimal & keep drama leads focused. Whenever they focused on leads The get good numbers, nothing against Sai but they need to focus more on leads.

Instead of simply copying the formula from Yhm, the makers of Ghum should focus on understanding the expectations of today's audience. Back in the Yhm era, the TV audience was different. They enjoyed watching the bond between Ishita and Ruhi as a mother-daughter duo, where Ishita's main role was being Ruhi's mother. But today's viewers demand more drama and a stronger focus on the lead characters and their love stories. Just because something worked back then doesn't mean it'll succeed now.

Also, the casting of Kiaan as the son of Rajat and Aashka feels off, as he looks more like their younger brother than their child. The casting doesn't quite fit. The team needs to think for themselves and create fresh, original scenes that resonate with the current audience.
