If ye real life main hotha toh agar dadisa innocent hothi toh media wale unko culprit bana dethe by saying abhira ne dokhe se gareebon ko bewkoof banakar case hargayi aur dadisa gunehgaar thi. Jisse dadisa ka jo humiliation hotha woh hotha.

If dadisa was criminal and if she does not win her case villagers will never trust her that she did total justice rather she will be called as gaddar.

Usko laga woh professional and personal life ko alag rakh rahi hai gareebo ko insaaf dilane ke liye lekin inn sab mai na woh ek professional dikh rahi thi and na he personal jaisa kuch tha. Dekhi dikhayi 4 chizo par he Josh mai aa gayi thi.

Jo dekha jitna dekha usey sach maana but also researched on it and found out the truth. Example , if a honest policeman ko saboot milta hai against someone being a criminal, obviously he will try to find more about it and won't think ki dur ka koi family member hai, toh it's ok. 

And I did agree that ideally , she shouldn't have taken up the case, but i also understood her perspective.

Maine orthodox bol kar dadi ka negative trait express kiya ki yes unn mai ek negative trait zarur hai but dusra bhi negative trait ho aisa zaruri nahi hai. That’s why I said ki orthodox hai so criminal aisa maine mean nahi kara tha.

Galat muje uska perspective he laga hai that she was neither professional nor practical in her thought process. Professionally zyada research kar ke jung ka elan karna chahiye tha and practically Kaveri Poddar ke work ethics par background check karvana chahiye tha yah khud se check karna chahiye tha ki yeh lady 70-75 ki hogi and iss age tak practically unke work ethics kaise rahe hai. It looked impulsive and unprofessional.

Andhon mein kaana raja hai abhira , she doesn't have the calibre to be in any profession. Muft mein roti todni aati hai isko bas.

I mean, Poddars "punished" her, harmed her career for something petty which that wasn't her fault anyway. Being orthodox doesn't mean that someone is crimimal. But the Poddars abuse all the women in their household and that is criminal.

It’s not at all about giving benefit of doubt to someone. It’s about acting professional and practical.

Professionally It demands case study in detail , bahar ja kar case par detail gather karo and practically one can do background check of 70-75 years old lady that how is her work ethics while doing such deal in market for many years . Background check ke liye aj kal bahot agencies hoti hai or you can do it by yourself too.

Yaha toh abhira was acting like mere sawal ka sahi jawab do otherwise I will fight case against you kyunki mere paas dekhi dikhayi 4 proof hai!!! Lawyers aise function nahi karte.
