geet wants maan in her life with her convenience n her need

maan trying to go to the bottom of problem but geet is not supporting him n talking clearly with him.

Part – 54

Rohini calls Maan….

Maan: haan aunty, hum aap ka hi itezaar kar rahe hai, sab tayaar hai

Geet: haan mein bhi tayaar hoon

Maan looks at Geet and tries to ignore her….

Maan calls Sasha and asks her to get everything ready at the conference room immediately…

Geet indirectly gets her message… whatever their personal equation maybe, MSK would give all his employees a level playing ground…

Geet rushes to the conference room…

Sasha has prepared 3D walk through models….

Geet ne toh sirf kuch pics collect kiya hai…

Geet loses any hope of her work even being noticed in front of Sasha’s illusions…

Geet goes back to her desk disappointed…

Maybe Sasha is best for the job… Maan is not a fool to keep her in KC without any reason…

She does knows her stuff…

Maan is surprised to see her retreat within seconds…

Maan goes to welcome Aswin and Rohini…

Geet also accompanies him… Maan doesn’t stop her for she is still his wife for the others…

Rohini is happy to see them welcoming together…

Maybe dadi is unnecessarily worried…

Rohini: nice office Maan

Aswin: I’m really proud of you Maan, Madan would be happy seeing your success

Maan takes them to the conference room….

Geet hesitates to go… She is used to the usual motivational push that Maan gives her with his wise words, and now Maan has stopped interacting with her completely… she herself has to force any conversation related to work with him now… that’s not easy always… sometimes your own ego gets hurt too…

Geet goes to the reception where Adi and Pinky are waiting….

Adi: all the best Geet

Pinky: haan, jaana jaldi

Adi: chalo Geet, Maan sir is very particular about punctuality

Adi and Pinky push her to go…

Geet goes along with Adi….

Adi enters first followed by Geet….

Maan looks at Adi for the late entry….

Adi looks at Geet….

Maan stares Geet for being irresponsible as always… why does she need someone to keep pushing her from the back?

Then it was Dev and here it’s Maan… that’s the problem, she needs to stop depending on others too much like this… let her learn to do things on her own…

Geet looks like she is lacking her confidence… it’s okay… let her be…

Maan ignores her…

Geet goes and sits silently as Maan proudly introduces Sasha….

Maan asks Sasha to start …

Sasha shows them her designs…

Rohini is pretty impressed..

She suggests a few preferences of her own…

Aswin let’s Rohini decide for herself, he doesn’t want her to keep complaining in the end…

After Sasha finishes Maan anticipates Geet to follow…

Geet was unusually quite without her questions when Sasha was explaining…

Maan is surprised that Geet is not showing much interest like she did at KM..

Rohini thought it was Geet and Sasha’s combined work…

Rohini: Maan you are lucky to have talented people like Sasha and our Geet, good job both of you

Maan wants to see what Geet has got more than the others…

Maan knows how to get her started…

Maan: aunty, this is purely Sasha’s hardwork, I’m happy to have people who don’t just work for money, I’m sure Geet would not disappoint you too, haina Geet?

Rohini: so we are yet to see Geet’s designs?

Aswin: what are we waiting for then?

Maan: Geet, the stage is all yours

Geet stares Maan as she struggles to connect her mobile with the projector…

Maan snatches the mobile from her and helps her ….

Geet just shows the pictures of the very vintage Punjabi households of the past that are still in inhabited by its owners…

One of them is her Nana’s home at Beas, a town a few kms from Amritsar…

Geet had a few pics of her childhood from there…

Rohini liked the old charm and becomes nostalgic remembering her maika that is also a typical Punjabi home…

She is almost in tears…

Aswin is shocked to see his wife becoming emotional after so many years…

Aswin: Geet, tumne toh kamaal kardhi, inki andar ki hindustani ko tumne jagadhiya

Actually Maan is stunned by the way Geet presented the original pictures and gave the details of how they can be given a modern touch with the use of latest innovations and technology…

Geet in-between asked for Aswin and Rohini’s personal preferences, she kept the whole design very flexible to include everyone’s inputs, Rohini liked that specially…

The gimmicks of Sasha’s presentation took the back seat now….

Aswin admired how Geet gave the simple yet elegant design which is very much pocket friendly….

Rohini: Maan, I liked both of the ideas, the first one was a contemporary genius while this one has the “mitti ki khushboo” effects….

Aswin: so I get the deciding vote

Maan: uncle, that was before your marriage

Aswin: Maan, tum bhi? Don’t forget that you are also married now

Rohini: kaise baat kar rahe ho ji? Kitne din ke badh finally Maan has made the right decision and you are trying to confuse him, issiliye kehthi hoon ki aap salaa tab dho jab aapse poocha jaatha hai

Geet: uncle ne toh bilkul sahi baat kiya hai, aap badhe ho uncle, app ko kuch bhi kehne ka pura haq hai

Aswin: achcha hua ki meri izzat karnewala bhi koi hai yahan, thanks Geet

Rohini: zyada kush hone ki koi zaroorat nahi hai ji, Geet hamesha aap ko bachaane nahi aayegi

Aswin: ye 100% sahi baat hai ji

Rohini: tum bathao Maan, what do you think?

Geet is eagerly waiting for his comments….

Actually Maan was only concentrating on Geet’s childhood pics, he was the only one who recognized her…

Maan: I think you can visit that purana haweli once if possible, you will get a better idea

Rohini: do you know that place?

Maan: you should ask that to Geet, she is the cry baby in that picture

Aswin: is it Geet?

Rohini: let’s watch that again

Maan just wanted that…

Geet is feeling embarrassed now…

Agar Maan ko patha chal gaya toh woh uss baat ko apne paas hi raktha, aaise sab ke samne Geet ko cry baby kehke insult karne ki kya zaroorat thi?

That was when she was a kid… she doesn’t cry now…

Geet: woh tab mein bahut choti thi, I’m not a cry baby

Geet looks at Maan in anger…

Rohini: but you are a cute cry baby

Geet doesn’t like that tag at all…

Her anger grows bigger every time she hears those words …

Aswin: Maan, if Geet was a cry baby then you too were one, every baby cries

Rohini: Aswinji it’s better that you keep your wisdom with yourself

Maan is only interested in looking at the little Geet…

Geet is looking at Maan only…

Geet thinks that Maan is having fun watching her crying in that picture…

Rohini: you are so chubby and bubbly Geet, bahut pyaari lag rahi hai, Maan, I must say that your waiting for all these years is worthy, you are lucky to get such a beautiful girl

Maan curses his fate which has tied his hands after giving him such a wonderful gift…

What’s the use of having a beautiful wife who is someone else’s sweetheart?

Maan suddenly becomes upset… he is angry with himself for being carried away and letting his heart wander unnecessarily….

Aswin: some people are not so lucky even if they have a beautiful wife

Maan can instantly connect with Aswin’s anguish…

Rohini: please keep your mouth shut ji

Rohini is embarrassed….

Geet: toh auntyji aap chahe toh hum wahan jaa sakthe hai, that’s my Nana’s place, Nana will be very happy to meet you all

Rohini: that’s great Geet, we could go next Friday na Maan? You people can come to Amritsar, from there we all can go to see that haveli

Geet: I’ll inform nanaji

Aswin: I am so excited

Rohini: ok then Maan, we should be moving, we are on a tight schedule

Rohini and Aswin leave…

Maan goes back to his cabin…

PART 54 Analysis by me (forgive any errors if there here)

Wow that was good yaar!

Maan and Geet not on talking terms, haan?

In fact Maan just pretended to be the happy hubby of Geet in front of the world, but inside he felt his wife was someone else's sweetheart.. hmm..

Nice twist that one!

Glad that Geet's presentation overshadowed Shasha's..

And Ashwin and Rohini feel Geet's effort has the personal touch and Punjabi flavour to it.. so much truth there.

But that brings Rohini to tears!

Loved the banter between Ashwin and Rohini..

Sasha has gone or what?

No dialogues for that girl at all.. anyway what place does she have in KC other than being Maan's employee, she wouldn't be able to replace Geet even if she dreamt of it..

Geet looking at Maan every now and then.. he looking at her baby photographs.. calling her cry baby!

This should have been a moment of joy for Geet.. and Maan as well.

Instead she feels he is just hell bent on insulting her..

But kyaa kare?

Yeh dono ki vaar ke beech kaun refree bankar raakh mein mile?

Asi ko laa do yaar abhi picture mein!

Geet's patience is commendable, so is Maan's indifference.

Yeh perfect time hai for a dream romance sequence between husband and wife, the angry young loverboy MSK and his very own Mishty, that is our Geet.

Interesting Update

Maan annoyed that Geet always need someone to push or encourage her

so Geet's presentation has been chosen

Maan once again carried away by his so called wife

Maan once again pulled by geet but then curses for loosing the person whom he has fallen for even before he got her. Sad

and geet thinks maan is teasing her. She doesn’t realize he is hurt by her and he needs to keep pushing her to speak a d show her talent

sad that Geet thinks Maan was making fun of her
