I think it bounds you so you cannot work with another ph. SDR released in 2013 and her second hindi movie released in 2016. Thats a gap of three years. She could not sign movie from any other ph from this year. For her it was even worst because she played second lead in SDR and Befikre was a terrible film.
Shradha made the right decision by not sticking with YRF and going for A2 as a debut.
