Saba's mother is totally useless . Even Dadi Amma is useless ( little better than the mother ) . The girl is fainting , acting super weird , even being nasty to baby Maaz 😒 , sometimes she screams and runs as if she has seen a ghost but no one is thinking about consulting a doctor for her condition .
Dadi Amma knows everything but is hiding it all from Irtiza ( he cares for the girl and now wants to do all he can ) . Saba is clearly not in her senses any more , she is unwell and needs psychiatric treatment .
Daadi Amma should have told the truth to Irtiza even before the marriage . Daadi even knows ( according to today's episode ) that Saba is punishing herself even then she is not telling Irtiza the whole story .
