I don't know about him, but her mother and Dadi consider them as brother and sister for sure, as per the episode where they say twice she would be a pain for his wife. Dadi know about Saba's feelings for him, she had told her. The elders of the house take the attention given by Irtiza to Saba as "Laad Pyaar" and i am sure Irtiza also considers the same, as in the very 1st episode he mentions he has no girlfriend and does not love anyone.
Saba is very possessive of Irtiza and over reacts, she is taking his attention as Love. Irtiza has not shown any special desire to be with Saba but its the other way around. Whereas where Saman is concerned it is Irtiza who shows his desire to be with her, which i think Saba is noticing very clearly.
I dont know if it will make any difference now even if Saba tell Saman or anyone else that she loves Irtiza as Irtiza has already fallen in love with Saman.
She did tell Dadi that she would like to marry Irtiza when he returned from US and Dadi asked her if Irtiza has told her such a thing, even her friend asked her what if Irtiza does not reciprocate her feelings, Dadi and her friend both tried to get Saba out of her own dreamworld but in both cases she was certain Irtiza loves her.
