She never truly hated Saman she was just jealous of her because she took away one thing that was the important to her. She never hated Irtiza either but after Suman's death she was in so much guilt that she wanted to stay away from Irtiza and her feelings towards him so she pushed him away and avoided any contact with him and pretended to hate him.
