ARY shows only focus on two aspects.. rape or second marriage and both of these things are lapped up by TRP audience.. people love watching shows about sad marriages with a crying lead and an evil partner that eventually turn good or romance.. usually shows that have a different concept that the standard stories fail to make an impression in the initial days..

For instance, The only thing that worked for Yaariyan was chemistry and the audience's love for romance.. in terms of execution, IZN was always superior to it

Here, what's working for the show is that people want to see the downfall of Mehwish and rise of Danish.. I think Alif will pick up once momina becomes successful too.. but the fact that the show has minimal romance will not be good for it in terms of ratings

Bhool did well too and I don't think that dealt with romance or rape.

Gul aur gulzar did well too overall.

Ranjha ranjha worked

Execution matters and chemistry has to be there not necessary between the lead pair. I liked chemistry between bilal and saba in cheekh but they were not a pair in the show

You forgot the bechari lead in Bhool.. as I said, there needs to be a crying lead.. and Bhool had plenty of that

GoG too was doing well when people expected to see Gulzar falling in love with Jamal after wedding which is why it has dipped now that Jam has gone abroad

Ranjha once again had a wife who was expected to fall for her husband though he was mentally challenged.. if you take a look at the comments, you will find most appreciation for the lead couples chemistry in show after Imran Ashraf's performance

Cheekh too suffered in terms of ratings in the middle.. I am talking about only TRP

See geo shows mnk esp , it's poor execution, same story and it doesn't have the appeal..yaariyan was slot leader at 8 pm on Fridays now izn has taken over since it ended

Surprisingly this week Mohabbat Na Kario took the lead. Also Neelam's drama leads on Thursdays. Merey Mohsin's TRPs increased to 8+ . Mikaal's drama leads on Mondays. Darr Khuda Se's TRPs are increasing . And they lead 9pm slot with DEG. Only Alif is dull.😒 and SKS lost its position to Ehde Wafa.😒

They need shows with x factors.

TRP audience is actually very predictable😆 they have a fixed formula.. making a TRP high show is easiest.. that's why there are so few surprise hits.. luckily, Pak shows have not yet become so TRP focused so we get different and impressive content despite the fact that they fail to make much of an impression..

Ehah de wafa is out of box so far and doing well..

Mpth is doing well.bec of good executjon and this time sympathy is with male lead..

Daasi isn't a big success but the lead pair are good..

Mnk so far is dull due to execution but may be after 2nd marriage it will pick up. We need to see if it's slot leader next week too

The strong mother and daughter spent practically the whole serial crying.. it was eventually the guy and the father who came through

Ehd e wafa is by ISPR.. it will not be judged on usual standards.. people will watch it for love of army but even this one is not as successful as the typical shows
