Everything except her stand makes sense. Jayesh was in service, met Ishika and started a business to impress her and earn more money. Incurred losses, wife and daughter stepped in and paid off all the loans. Then suddenly he lost patience and introduced Ishika as his lover, and now wanting the kids to stay with him. Either she stands to gain monetarily (having control over their finances) or maybe she already has plans to have Amvira marry and control some part of the Ahuja empire through Amruta. (or most likely it's just me and not the Cvs who have thought so far)

One possibility around Ishika: Jayesh and Ishika perhaps were partners in the past - the business that incurred loss. There was some thing he said to Bhavani - something like 'that loss was not for the same reason' in the initial episodes. She may have lost some money too. Babita had mentioned her career took off only when she joined the Ahujas. so, likely that thats how she could cover her losses.

Dont think she is as well of as she appears - more of a wannabe rich like Jayesh. Company of Ahuja's and presumably similar clients may be draining her resources too. If the 'A' wing flat is the 'cheap' place to live, she hasnt shown any qualms about it so far - in fact would want it for herself. So, may be she needs the money, ornaments, flat, and fd, a lot more than what may appear. While she may have been in love with Jayesh initially, dont think its to the same degree now.

(Well... we certainly think so far, if not the CVs )

I feel all richness she shows is fake she is actually with Jayesh for money as she knows about his investment and flat. That's why she blackmail him of breaking relationship if she does not get all materialistic things which he has.

btw some connections with Sriti's past shows - temple in kkb, and the pandit who came today was a regular (?) pandit in Balika Vadhu, once in kkb also. (bad they show pandits in this light - and not something new too.) There was a similar plot - muhurat changed by the vamp in it (Jagdish-Sanchi wedding). Dont think it was the same pandit though - and it was Anandi who investigated the change in time. vivkriti - Jayesh also mentioned he will move into a new home and kids can live in this home. So the intent is clear there. Just wants the divorce done.

That will happen for sure. Once he sell old flat she will buy new house in her name so once she gets another rich guy she can dumb this budha.

Yes. seems like it. As to our question from the beginning 'why Jayesh?' Could be there was some genuine love in the beginning but then with the losses that happened she learnt the lesson. While its possible that she may be the reason for his past loss, she could've dumped him that time. So, does seem likely that her priorities changed after going through the loss (if in fact they both went through it).
