Babita being a cunning women will hold that over dildar head forever even if he paid Bebe back. Based on type of character babita is. Im sure she would have insisted on equal signing power with Bebe being original funder. Babita must have powers in company to insist Amu doesn't work in company or Dildar would have told babita sit down- me & virat run the company

atleast in past there was a half baked scene shown where Virat perhaps says with Dildar's approval he is transferring 51% shares/properties to his sister Nimrit's name (much to Babita's disapproval) to give Nimrit hope, identity and strength after her marriage doomed, so that she can divert her mind into work.

anyhow Kmtmg writers & creatives team have NO basic google search abilities to cross check that, WITHOUT board members, stock markets, shareholders, legal entities and other regulators approvals with just one signature on paper 51% biz shares of such a big Ahuja's biz group can't be easily transferred by promoters/directors to another person's name, unlike how easily Nimrit got.

-Wahi toh! As said before, someone is in charge (legally). In which world property is transferred with no papers and signs????!!!!! Did they even exchange papers? Did BA forge V or Dildar siggy????

Also, since you mentioned the transfer to Nimmi, again, time lagta hai. So, papers ho gaye official??? Plus, what did Nimmi sign when they made the lawyer plot with Rajeev???? Their story is messy and lousy!!!!

Because agar Nimmi ko 51% transfer hua officially, then she can sign any papers, still time lagta hai. Never seen such a bad story before even my nieces would write a better story I'm sure (and they are only 7 and 6 to be)
