She wasn't too wrong about him and daaru too - with his plan for date night and the post clip scene.

So to sumarise... babita & family her Kavita & bebo objected to giving their own daughter 51% share. Babita instead sees no wrong to give 45% to ex daughter in law gold digger. Babita has given the shares when no plan of ex has worked to date. This plan has no proof of actually working.

Does Babita think to keep Amu & Nimmi captive forever? ... or virat will stop looking for them if she faints

Again I ask. What does Babita think will happen when dildar & virat find out about 45%? ... I ask again where did babita get 45% from. Are these writer conscious & qualified or experienced?

Add to it, this despite Virat asking her the last time 'what after getting me married to her? drug me forever so that I dont come to know about it? There will be some time I will!'

Kya farak padta hai! She is The Babita Ahuja, nothing will happen to her. Yet, I'll say V can punish her forever by leaving with Ammu. Past repeat but at least he will be happy with his true "humsafar". However, Ammu won't agree to it

Alright- I'll be the writer & give the answers. Founders of the company & parents - (Dildar & Babita) have veto power over the Ahuja company. Babita decided not to use it for Nimmi 51% as its her daughter. Most likely didn't want to upset virat. Problem above solved... @Pyaarasam is right. The shares were lost illogically they maybe taken back illogically. Kuch bhi

Are we going for permanent Ahuja poverty track or how long do we think it will take for this babita exposure & return of wealth? I can hear @Adiandsid scream at screen " too soon to say idiot "

Without Virat/Dildar's approval and signatures under what rights can Babita transfer 45% of biz shares/properties to Virat's ex or not-ex wife Priyanka's name?

atleast in past there was a half baked scene shown where Virat perhaps says with Dildar's approval he is transferring 51% shares/properties to his sister Nimrit's name (much to Babita's disapproval) to give Nimrit hope, identity and strength after her marriage doomed, so that she can divert her mind into work.

PS.

anyhow Kmtmg writers & creatives team have NO basic google search abilities to cross check that, WITHOUT board members, stock markets, shareholders, legal entities and other regulators approvals with just one signature on paper 51% biz shares of such a big Ahuja's biz group can't be easily transferred by promoters/directors to another person's name, unlike how easily Nimrit got.

Our brain has been taken captive by the creators... @Riggy seems to be one of free minds. Where are you @Riggy? - we need group counsellor to help our Stockholm syndrome to the creators
