just make sure you eat properly... dont go to pizza hut thinking oh am skiny am going to eat junk food... and never gain weight becuase that is not true....

the thing with some people who say they eat lots but never put on weight is mostly that the fat they eat gets stored and gets released later in life so its best to make sure you eat a balanced diet: full of carbohydrates such as rice, bread, paratha, protein: eggs, chicken, etc

and make sure you do some exercise ... (coz your skinny already) you dont have to do more then twice a week go walking or wahtever but try to be active at least once a wk... whatever you do dont stuff your face with junk because that will appear couple of years down the line (trust me i have seen it happen to people around me and it is not pretty ๐Ÿ˜† )

well, for me, i guess i just have to consume more protiens so that i am not anemic any more๐Ÿ˜ณ and so that people dont threaten to report me as anorexic๐Ÿ˜ก

but me... i feel am fat where as everyone tells me not to lose any more weight as i look great but i find it really hard to believe ๐Ÿ˜•

woww...awesome....its also my problem but no one discuss abt thd problem everyone iz discussing how 2 lose weight.....but i dont eat vegetables[only carrot sometime]and i also dont drink milk [very rare] and plz help b/c everyone ask me thd how u r thd much thin and tell me thd u r tttooooooo thin......so the problem neeeds a solution ๐Ÿ˜‰

sure๐Ÿ˜Š..ok, first of all, what is your niormal diet like? are you a vegeterian? hopwmuch excerisise do you get on a daily basis?..๐Ÿ˜†i need to know all of these borring things before i can get into all 'dietition" mood๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†

You lucky person!!๐Ÿ˜† Well I donot know how much underweight you are. Ask your doctor to refer you to a nutritionist who can review your diet and give you some tips.

Adding few carbs. may help gain some weight.๐Ÿ˜ƒ
