^yup..kya karre? π π ..well..lets see...what is your daily diet?..like..what do you eat on a daily basis?..maybe there is some problem there π ..its not only the fact that my diet causes me to be anemic..but also the fact that constipation also occurs (not fun my friend π )...and so..its importnat to change the daily eating habit π ...are you a vegetarian? (i am π³ )
i'm a vegetiarian tooπ³. well my daily diet is in the morning i normally have cereals. at lunch i have rotti and stuff. and between lunch and dinner i have a packet of crisp or chocalate bar. at dinner i normally drink milk. my daily diet is not a problem for me being so low weight.

oh, yeah..pretty much the same here...my daily diet isnt my cause either...except for the fact that i skip lunch basically evry day except Sat, and Sun.π...maybe its because we simply have a fast matabolismπ³well...i guesss there is nothing wrong with being thin and slim..mayeb we could ignore the words of others and just think of it as "theyre just jealous"πππ

the thing with some people who say they eat lots but never put on weight is mostly that the fat they eat gets stored and gets released later in life so its best to make sure you eat a balanced diet: full of carbohydrates such as rice, bread, paratha, protein: eggs, chicken, etc
and make sure you do some exercise ... (coz your skinny already) you dont have to do more then twice a week go walking or wahtever but try to be active at least once a wk... whatever you do dont stuff your face with junk because that will appear couple of years down the line (trust me i have seen it happen to people around me and it is not pretty π )

thank u so much for the advice. will try to follow it. people say tht if u eat junk u will get fat and tht's wht i do even whn i'm walkin home i see alll these pizza shops and i always buy sumπ. will try to stop this habit from now on.
