^wow πŸ˜† ..well..for me...i dont know..the sizes must be different..because i am tall but slim so i still have to buy my jeans from the childrens section..even though they are a little short πŸ˜† πŸ˜† πŸ˜† ..and if i ever try in the juniors section..its either 0 or 1 slim πŸ˜†

^yup..kya karre? πŸ˜† πŸ˜† ..well..lets see...what is your daily diet?..like..what do you eat on a daily basis?..maybe there is some problem there πŸ˜† ..its not only the fact that my diet causes me to be anemic..but also the fact that constipation also occurs (not fun my friend πŸ˜† )...and so..its importnat to change the daily eating habit πŸ˜‰ ...are you a vegetarian? (i am 😳 )

i'm a vegetiarian too😳. well my daily diet is in the morning i normally have cereals. at lunch i have rotti and stuff. and between lunch and dinner i have a packet of crisp or chocalate bar. at dinner i normally drink milk. my daily diet is not a problem for me being so low weight.

oh, yeah..pretty much the same here...my daily diet isnt my cause either...except for the fact that i skip lunch basically evry day except Sat, and Sun.πŸ˜†...maybe its because we simply have a fast matabolism😳well...i guesss there is nothing wrong with being thin and slim..mayeb we could ignore the words of others and just think of it as "theyre just jealous"πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†

oh god you three πŸ˜†

i wish i had your problem

but me... i feel am fat where as everyone tells me not to lose any more weight as i look great but i find it really hard to believe πŸ˜•

i will try to help you on how to gain weight if you teach me how to lose it πŸ˜†

just make sure you eat properly... dont go to pizza hut thinking oh am skiny am going to eat junk food... and never gain weight becuase that is not true....

the thing with some people who say they eat lots but never put on weight is mostly that the fat they eat gets stored and gets released later in life so its best to make sure you eat a balanced diet: full of carbohydrates such as rice, bread, paratha, protein: eggs, chicken, etc

and make sure you do some exercise ... (coz your skinny already) you dont have to do more then twice a week go walking or wahtever but try to be active at least once a wk... whatever you do dont stuff your face with junk because that will appear couple of years down the line (trust me i have seen it happen to people around me and it is not pretty πŸ˜† )

thank u so much for the advice. will try to follow it. people say tht if u eat junk u will get fat and tht's wht i do even whn i'm walkin home i see alll these pizza shops and i always buy sumπŸ˜†. will try to stop this habit from now on.
