many of us are keen to know abt how to loose weight as quicly as we can..becoz sometimes we can't tolerate the pressure and the environment we can't always do dieting or exercising or jogging etc and even if we r not getting proper results..its terribleπ well there is also a way that we should ignore ppl's advises who keep bugging us like..to do this and to do that..and we know they r the ppl who keeps commenting us..π‘
anyways i am sharing my funda..within a month i got my bulging body into shape it was incredible..i don't know how i lost weight in kgs..but it was something very fast and amazing!!!π
ok this is the way...
1. try go for a jog and if u can't try doing light exercises when u get up.
2. u can take the normal food and in the evening u can flick ur muscles and feet by jumping with a swinging rope,
3. late evening..u can again go for an half an hour cycling...this will defintely gain u...
4. and in the night don't eat anything..even a glass of milk...but keep this in mind that ur digestion is in proper way..
5. within one month u will feel a difference..am not saying that u will become thin like a pencil..but difference is what u r lookin for!!!
and plz am not influencing anyone..its not my advise..it is just my expierence that i am sharing..
