Exercise c: For dinner eat some veggies with either chicken or beef. Chicken & Beef should not be fried in tons of greasy oil. If you want it fried with vegetables use a bit of olive oil. But i never fry anything, i steam them and eat the veggies raw.

Tips

    Not many people know this but I have heard from a doctor once that you shouldn't eat and drink at the same time. The reason is that the acid inside of us gets confused as to which breakdown first so it slowers the process of food breakdown. So I drink 2 glasses of water 10 minutes before eating anything. Then I eat. Remember to drink plenty of water. i know that i'm kind of overdoing this but seriously... please drink a lot of water! Water gets me full in a way so it helps me eat a little less. Oh and who says you can't enjoy the diet? Do something nice for yourself. Go get your nails done or a new haircut. How about a new set of wardrobes every 15 pounds you lose?
  • And of course exercise at least for 10 minutes. It really does help.

u can get vitamin D from...the SUn!! but make sure it's only early in the morning and late in the afternoon 😉
