Hi! io'm 14 yrs old & wanna lose weight & gain height!!
ppl say that eating less butter & cheese etc is gud 4 losing weight
but i also read & heard that if u stop taking in dairy products ur height will stop...so wat should i do?
i wanna lose weight & also be tall!
I cant join swimming coz i'm way 2 shy ( i use 2 go 4 it when i was 7 ,8 & 9yrs now i cant)...7 i just cant join the gym coz its way 2 adulish! & my mom wont allow)
So wat r the other things i can do?......go 4 a wallk..how much time should i walk?.....
