How 2 lose weight & gain height?

Hi! io'm 14 yrs old & wanna lose weight & gain height!!

ppl say that eating less butter & cheese etc is gud 4 losing weight

but i also read & heard that if u stop taking in dairy products ur height will stop...so wat should i do?


i wanna lose weight & also be tall!

I cant join swimming coz i'm way 2 shy ( i use 2 go 4 it when i was 7 ,8 & 9yrs now i cant)...7 i just cant join the gym coz its way 2 adulish! & my mom wont allow)

So wat r the other things i can do?......go 4 a wallk..how much time should i walk?.....

eat less dont skip meals eat healthy food keep movin like workin in da house jus walkin down da garden and avoid sweetz like u shud eat sweeetz but less cuz are body needz sweetz too so jus keep movin and eat healthy and stay away frm stress and depression cuz it will make u gain weight cuz da more u tink da more u eat hope dis will help u bye tc god bless u

To loose weight

Avoid:
White Rice, White Sugar, Cheese, Oil, Fat Meat, Sodas, Juices(most of the compaines add lots of sugar)

Have lots of Vegetable fruits, have soups, drink lots of water. Atleast 8 glasses of water per day, have green tea. If u not comfortable eating vegeies, you can try fat free food. You can have brown rice, brown sugar and wheat flour. Most important exercise for one hour daily(if not daily then 3 times a week) You can jog/run for 30 minutes or walk for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Just don't get too much tired. If you can, join yoga, you can find many sites on google.com or buy yoga beginners videos. if you start yoga from early age, it will be very good for your body and bones. it will relax you and loose weight too. Also Try not to have eat fast food meals, as it has too many calories.

thankz people ........i 've got the same problem 😭 ...i reallly reallly reallly wanna lose weight and get taller....im 14 as well....i agree with the advice you guys gave....actually its very easy for us people to lose weight just that you need someone to keep on pushing you to keep on doing it.....i mean like last last summer i just stopped eating carbs,sugar,sodas for like three months...and woooo ...i lost so much godda** weight...it felt awesome!..and den skl started and all tht studying and i jst stopped bothering abt wat i ate and i gained most of the weight bac...i feel pathetic now....i really wanna lose weight....do u guys have any suggestions on how to grow taller?please help me.....

Getting Taller

    Eat a well-balanced diet that is rich in calcium, iron, and Vitamin D, (Vitamin D will help your body absorb the calcium in the foods you eat). This can help promote growth if you're still young. Stand up straight. Good posture helps you sit and stand taller.
  1. You can also try sleeping more if you are still young as sleeping will straighten your spine. (Unless you have scoliosis, then the more your spine grows the more of a curve you can develop.)


Tips

    Take time out to research foods that are rich in calcium and iron. Remember that your height is dependent on your genes. But just because your parents are short does not always mean that you will be. They may have unexpressed genes for tallness, or may have experienced environmental factors that prevented them from realizing their genetic potential. If you aren't happy with your height, and you are a girl, try wearing pumps.
  • At night, before you go to bed, drink a glass of milk. You can also eat a few green vegetables such as lettuce, celery, etc. These are extremely high in calcium!


Warnings

    Remember that you probably can't grow significantly taller. Try to be happy with your natural genetics and don't fight too hard!
  • Taking lots of calcium without vitamin D is useless. You need vitamin D for absorption of calcium!

How to Lose Weight and Slim Down

    Start on a fresh new week. How about a monday? Do you love and care about yourself? I hope you do. Take care of yourself. In the morning you can have 2 hard boiled eggs. Remember to not eat both yolks. Eat only one or only eat the white part and throw away both yolks. OR you can have cereal. You have to remember to drink plenty of water. Drink water before food. After food. Drink water even if you don't want to. It is so VERY good for you. For lunch have a banana, an apple or any other fruit you want. Remember you don't need to go to quizno's or mcdonalds. EXERCISE! At least 10 minutes on a very active level. Or try 30 minutes on a lower level. Believe me, those other diets who say "no exercise", they are a joke. Even if you do lose weight by not exercising you will have thin legs and arms and a Pillsbury Doughboy tummy :c. Not to mention you'll have cellulite. So come man "MACHO IT UP." Exercise c: For dinner eat some veggies with either chicken or beef. Chicken & Beef should not be fried in tons of greasy oil. If you want it fried with vegetables use a bit of olive oil. But i never fry anything, i steam them and eat the veggies raw.

Tips

    Not many people know this but I have heard from a doctor once that you shouldn't eat and drink at the same time. The reason is that the acid inside of us gets confused as to which breakdown first so it slowers the process of food breakdown. So I drink 2 glasses of water 10 minutes before eating anything. Then I eat. Remember to drink plenty of water. i know that i'm kind of overdoing this but seriously... please drink a lot of water! Water gets me full in a way so it helps me eat a little less. Oh and who says you can't enjoy the diet? Do something nice for yourself. Go get your nails done or a new haircut. How about a new set of wardrobes every 15 pounds you lose?
  • And of course exercise at least for 10 minutes. It really does help.
