hey guys i need real help to lose weight! look i know the basics like eat fruit, veggie, soups, and blah but the thing is with excersing because i don't know how many calories to burn,

is it okay if i walk on the tredmeal for 30 min, and then run, and do sit ups and all that!
please help! how much calorie should i burn!
