i have a cousin who's getting fat and ,she has tried many things but she but she doesn't lose any weight can you suggest sumthing please she's losing hope?

i have the same problem i want to loss weight but i think the best way is to excersise or join a gym

also boserve what you eat..not too much fried and no sweets..mostly try eating m,ore proteins than carbs...

try to exercise atleast 3 times a week for abt an hour, and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, and cut down the fatty stuff like fast food, sweets and junk food

u probably know this stuff, but it really does help

warm water wid lemon (drink it in da morning without eating anything) its reli work fast as one of my frd has tried
