1-eat daily morning and evening-crushed bananas mixed in milk.
2-eat pure ghee with chapatis.
3-u can do pranayam of yoga[it reduces overweight n helps underweighted ppl to gain correct weight.]

I think the main reason i dont gain weight is because i skip breakfast and dont eat anything till i get home from school at 2...but i'll definitly try some of the things you mentioned above
