Gaining Weight...need help

Hey guys,

Ok so I need some tips/advices on gaining weight....I am a veg. and even tho i weigh 110...because i am 5'7 i look really skinny and tall....and i really want to gain some weight....so can u guys plz tell me what i should eat or drink to gain weight....thankz

😆 you are lucky.i wanna loose weight as i got a bit fat from last yr. and u wanna loose weight.
do take some of my kilos yar..
anyway,u wanna gain weight,so--do following things
1-eat daily morning and evening-crushed bananas mixed in milk.
2-eat pure ghee with chapatis.
3-u can do pranayam of yoga[it reduces overweight n helps underweighted ppl to gain correct weight.]

lol everyone in my family wants to lose weight and i am the only one trying to gain weight......thankz for the great tips

I think the main reason i dont gain weight is because i skip breakfast and dont eat anything till i get home from school at 2...but i'll definitly try some of the things you mentioned above

Great tips friend_125!

Here are some things you can do:

Drink/eat lots of dairy products (they are good for you), eat veggies n fruits and anything with lots of good calories in it.

And you shoud weight train and exercise so you gain muslces in weight.. 😊

there are some special powders an bars to help you gain weight you can get them from health shops i think

lucky tht u wanna gain weight i wanna loose my weight

i think the thing where u skip breakfast is also not good u should eat something in the morning atleast some bagel or a glass of milk and to gain weight eat butter ghee parantha besan and suji ka halwa eat mangoes

omg i wanted to loose mujhe yeh sab jeezein kyun yaad aa rahi hai 😭 😭
