i have also heard that taking lemon honey with WARM water is very good...never tried it though

also that before gong to bed we should drink hot water...as hot as you can take...that will burn fats thru the night...worth a try

lol don't believe in that BURNING FAT OVER NIGHT stuff. yes, ive heard of lemon + water + honey. I use it also in the morning, but just to speed up digesting during that day. never heard of hot water before bed... Well best fat burner is CARDIO EXERCISES + controlled diet (as i explained above).

in 1 glass water mix 1 tea spoon trifla powder[avurvedic] at night.boil it in morning untill it gets half.drink it empty stomach in morning daily.

im slim as it is..but my mum knws alot about weight loss... πŸ˜†

>if u have roti then make sure u dont have rice with it...as thats double carbohydrate which increases fat in ur body...

>eat LESS chocolate, chips, crisps and fizzy drinks and especially salt!...

>do yoga and any form of exercise everyday for atleast 30 minutes...this will help not onli in weight loss but many other ways 2! πŸ˜‰
