avoid oily food,sweets and exercise for at least 30 to45 minutes.try to eat your dinner by 7 to 7.30 pm so there is at least 2 hours for the food to digest before going to bed.when cooking try to use non stick pan so that you don,t need too much oil for cooking since your body needs only 2 spoon of oil in a day.eat lots of fruits and drink lots of water .try to avoid rice for dinner eat chapatti without oil.

I am doing fitness lately and I'm felling fine. But I also take care what I eat. First, as some members said avoid junk food. Well, don't just avoid it, FORGET IT. And eat meals rich with proteins all the day (eggs, milk, chicken, fish...), carbohydrates eat for breakfast (cereals, cornflakes) and for lunch (rice, bread, potato, pasta) but don't eat it for supper because you will probably not use it as energy and it goes directly to fat. Eat fruits and vegetables also, and if you have to eat red meat, eat it max twice a week (turkey and chicken are more healthier). AVOID FAT (especially animal kind), avoid sugar (use honey instead), and if u want exercise. You can use flax oil (which is rich with aminoacids), you can eat walnuts, peanuts, all sorts of dried fruits also...
I guarantee you that after a month you will feel GREAT.
You can eat as much as you want, but what matters is what you eat, not how much...
