I have prepared a weight loss plan for myself. I was wondering if you guys can help me with it. I am presently 85 kgs (13 more than whats good for me). I plan to lose atleast 6-8 kgs this month and 2-4 the starting week.
Daily running 3-4 kms sunday off
Diet-
Morning 3 egg whites n bread or 1 chapatti and vegetable.
Brunch one fruit
Lunch brown rice or veggies
Eve fruit or veggies
Night salad n milk.
Qs
1. I have got fish oil pills. Will they aid in weight loss if i exercise regularly.
2.
Can i add home weights workout at night as that wud help me lose more. And if i do that tgen can i add some eggwhites or otger protein rich food before workout.

Any otger suggestions you guys want to give. Or a workout which you could share would me very helpful. Thankyou.

I have been on a 500-800calorie for 7 weeks. I have lost 14 ?gs. You just need to pay attention to your body. It will tell you when it needs protein or carbs. I have cut out most protein and eat plenty of fresh steamed veggies. I started at 90?g and . . My blood pressure is down to 112/69. I m running 7 km a day and keep active. I think cardio machine should be at home if you have not possibility ride 60 km every day or go to gym. Drink 2-3 liters of water a day. Then go back to a maintenance diet to maintain. A person needs to ease back to regular meals to let the body adjust.

Hello All,
This is good you are following diet plan but make sure are doing enough workout? if your lifestyle is simple and not involved in any physical activities then you are definitely inviting problems.
