"Ah, It's almost 12 o'clock! I simply can't wait for tomorrow." Proteeti said, excitement lacing her voice.

As it was midnight, she prayed to Lord Krishna as she regularly did and then went to sleep.

In her sleep, she felt like she heard some voices and thought, "Is it morning already?"

Slowly, she opened her eyes and screamed in shock at what she saw. She found herself lying in an open field and murmured to no one in particular, "Last night, I was still in my room and on my bed. How did I end up here? Where is this place? Where am I?"

She heard some voices and followed them only to see some little boys playing but their clothes were different than what she was used to seeing.

"Their clothes make it look like they're on a mythological show. What is this place?" she thought.

She tried to ask the boys about the place but none of them replied. Instead, they ignored her like she was invisible.

Just when she was wondering about whatever was happening, the boys looked towards her and called someone. "Kanha," she could hear. She was shocked to hear it.

Kanha? She turned her back to see who this person was and saw a little boy standing there. His complexion was that of the colour of a dark rain cloud. He was wearing a peacock feather in his long curly black hair and he was holding a flute in his hand. One look at him had Proteeti mesmerised.

"Krishna," Proteeti said, still in awe, "Is this a dream or did I travel back in time? I don't understand anything."

She heard them shouting and suddenly, she came back to her senses and looked at the boy playing with his friends. She also understood that she was invisible to them. They couldn't see or hear her. She watched him play the whole day and once he began to play the flute, she lost herself in its music. When she opened her eyes, she found herself alone.

At twilight, Proteeti was all alone and wondered where everyone was and where she was now. Just then, she heard the magical sound of the flute but this was different from the one she heard this morning. She followed the sound which lead her into a forest and in the middle of the forest, she saw a lot of women dancing and she saw a teenage boy standing in the middle, playing the flute. "Krishna," she said excitedly.

This Krishna was not the little Krishna she saw earlier. This Krishna was a teenager.

"Did I time travel again?" she asked herself, "This is Raas Leela." She lost herself in the sound of the flute once again and soon, she also started dancing with the other Gopis.

She saw Radha dancing with Krishna and seeing Radhakrishna together, tears of happiness started falling from her eyes.

"I can't ask for more, all my wishes have been fulfilled," she said to herself. She continued dancing with the other Gopis joyously. She danced and danced and danced and forgot all time and space.

Suddenly, she heard the phone ring.

First, she didn't understand what was happening but then she realised that her mobile was ringing. She opened her eyes and found herself in her own room on her bed. She was extremely confused.

"Was that all a dream? Aren't all of them real?" a puzzled Proteeti asked herself. As if on cue, her phone rang again and she looked at her phone and saw that it was her friend Debo calling her.

As soon as she picked up the phone, she heard angry voices. "Hello," she said softly, treading the waters.

"What do you mean by hello? Are you Adele? Where the hell are you? I've been calling you for the past three hours," an angry Debo replied.

Proteeti looked outside her window, only to see that it was already morning.

"I was sleeping and I had a very beautiful dream," she replied.

"Tell me about that later. First, let me connect us with others." Debo connected the call to Krish, Annie, Ananya, Rosh, Yuvi, Shivi, Java, Maliha and Mally.

"What's happening?" a confused Proteeti asked. Immediately, all the girls shouted, "Happy Birthday Proteeti!"

Shocked, Proteeti asked them, "You guys remembered?"

"Of course we remembered," Yuvi said.

"Hurry up and come to the cafe. We will wait for you there," Annie informed her before hanging up.

Proteeti lied back down and sighed, "This is the best birthday ever."
