Willing to Loose Weight

I do go for exercise but, not able to resist food? People started calling me fatty aunty. I have tried many supplements but somebody told me that only natural supplements are safe please suggest something?

It may be caused by thyroid. Check tsh , ft3 and ft4 levels and a-tpo

Weight loss is essentially 80% nutrition and only 20% exercise, you cannot out exercise bad eating habits. Every time you are tempted by unhealthy foods, remind yourself of your goal, use that as your motivation to keep going. Other simple things you can do is stock up on healthy foods only.

hi...like evry1 said get ur thyroid,cholesterol(LDL,HDL),diabetes tests done...n then cnslt sme dr.,and if all tests r normal then u may try to chnge ur lifestyle,i ws overweight too in my teens 😛 ...plus if u r overall healthy,'ve no other prblm n only want to reduce fat then try a homemade drink by adding lemon and honey in a glass of warm water n drink it daily early in morning on empty stomach...
U can search on net abt its health benefits,hope ds helps. 😊
