Hello Members,
I've slim body and have started working out, could you suggest what should be the diet for gaining strength and muscle. I am a vegitarian.

Could you also suggest if any protein supplements should be taken and which ones are best and safe.

You can do combination of exercise such as aerobic, strength training and flexibility exercises. Strength training exercises like push ups, pull ups, dumbbell exercises will help you build muscle mass.

Regarding diet, you must include high protein foods in your diet like milk, milk products, dal, sprouts, soy etc.
