Hi Rajesh,

Diet is not a good plan to start with. its better you start avoiding extra calorie. Replace your intake with low calorie carb such as fruits and vegetables. Start drinking green tea with lemon 3 times a day. Make sure its organic and good quality. I am drinking since 4 years and results are phenomenal. I would recommend Arthealth tea. The most important aspect is to know your limitations before you start with any weight loss plan. Don't punish yourself by restricting everything, go slow and steady and set small targets. It will work.
