Maintaining weight after weight loss

How do i maintain weight after I have lost it. I tend to gain it suddenly! :(

Avoide rice ,potato ,sweets ,daily workout

hi,
you can maintain your weight after loosing weight only by exercise and you will not reduce diet (dieting) take food regularly but exercise is must. thank you

there are weight-loss video on youtube, I watch those there and try to lose my weight.
