just exercise and control ur eating habits...

include a bowl of cabbage in your diet everyday..

take honey with lemon in luke warm water in the morning and avoid sugar completely...

eat only vegetables and fruits in your diet...


exercise as much as of your capability do not strain much ..

first start with simple walking for one hour split this one hour in a 24 hour...

jogging cycling yoga aerobics...whichever is comfortable to you...

Drink Green Tea early in the Morning.
Do Cycling/ Skipping or any other form of Cardio ( ANd no listening to Radi while sitting in your car is not CarDio!! :p )
Do NOT FORGET to do stretch exercises after cardio or any other weight training program. Your muscles too need to relax after so much work..
