hey guys!
i wanted to lose some good stomach weight in about 4 months. any tips? i know like exercise and eat healthy, but if anyone has experienced any specific plan then that would be great...the more specific the better 😆 the exercise that burns the most in your opinion, and the foods that work best - that type of thing. oh yeah and i am a vegetarian, so that also...what do you guys think?

First you should start with cycling.Cycling over the time has proved to be one of the most effective enjoyable cardio exercises.it also helps you to maintain your abs.
after a month go for yoga along with cycling and jogging.
you can also start with jogging instead of cycling.its up to you by which you feel more comfortable.
hope you will get some good results in just two weeks.


then should go for some home fitness equipments like treadmills,skypy and joggers etc.

Early Morning

Start your day with lemon juice and honey in lukewarm water; this helps your body to get rid of harmful acids produced by the body.

Breakfast

Choose any one or two from the following options

Egg white omelet (2) + 2 slices of brown bread,

Milk (Skimmed Milk) +Cornflakes/ Oats /Wheat bran

Fruit salad / Sprouts.

Vegetable Poha / Upma

Skimmed milk cottage cheese + Brown Bread

Pre Lunch

Take black coffee before the afternoon meal this helps in boosting metabolism.

Lunch

Boiled / Roasted Chicken/ Soyabean (200 grams) +Brown Rice (1/2 plate) / Chapatti (1)

Boiled Dal +salad + Brown Rice (1/2 plate) / Chapatti (1-2)

Vegetable Daliya

Evening

you should take exercises regularly for get weight loss . keep running daily 30 mints continuously and Be choosy about nighttime snacks ,Drink plenty of water or other calorie-free beverages, this is only best and effective thinks for weight loss

And exercise regularly
One of my friends have the same problem she drinks amla juice10-15 ml in lukewarm water every morning
She is doing this since 2 months and has lost so much weight and she's still following this routine
