By having a healthy diet one of the other important thing you can do is go to a wellness clinic and let them take measurements of your body. With this and your age, height and weight they will be able to ascertain how much fat percentage you have in your body. The amount of weight that you would need to lose would be the amount of fat you have to lose to be normal.
