Always eat fruits and vegetables they will not raise your cholesterol level. Use low fat dairy products and try to use those type of grain they can help to control your cholesterol.

Weight is major problem for the health but there are so many ways to control it like drink more and more water per day , do yoga and exercises daily, be positive that you can do it. drink green tea at least once in a day.
these all are the best ways for weight loss.
