Hi,
Putting on weight is also a big deal!

You can go for the following:

1. Eat and relax, rather than going for heavy physical activities.
2. Increase your intake of meal regularly after shorter intervals.
3. Exercise more to increase your hunger and eat more.

Be happy you are not on the fatter side. Once you start putting on weight it is a nightmare to reduce it. so whatever you do., be very careful!!!!

Have a balanced diet. Include all fresh and green leafy veggies. Include ragi atta and wheat germ in the diet. Never skip your meals and also have small and frequent meals.
