hey guys

I'm new here
I lost 20 lbs. last year but gained it all back😛.....
Just wondering whats the most healthy way to loose weight within a span of 4 weeks? or even 3 weeks...
i've tried starving myself but i had intense stomach aches
like what should my diet regime consist of...

In my opinion weight loss of 1 kg a week is reasonable. When I make a diet plan I think one should use 500 calories a day. I mean around 400-500 a day is appropriate.
Also try jogging 30 mins daily or some other sport😊

Also you shouldnt starve yourself becauz that jsut leads to a slower metabolism and it can have bad effects on you so you shouldnt skip any meals
