I would always wish to see a society where gender roles are not defined and the choice would be applicable to both men and women .Nobody should be moulded to do something by the society .Just like women have the choice not to work i wish men did too and society accepted it whole heartedly without judgements .True equality can only happen when their is neither patriarchy or matriarchy and personally I do want women to be financially independent. In this case I wish someone bumps savi in the head and reminds her of her old dream and remind her what her true purpose in life was .Women around me are highly successful and there are those who took few years gap to raise children's but the moment the kids were slightly old they all got back to work in some or other capacity .I have always considered Savi to be one among these .If they had shown savi to be a girl who just wants a happy home and wants to raise children then probably i wouldn't have felt that disconnect but they showed her as a extremely determined girl and suddenly all that determination is gone and there is no solid reason for it either .Today she has supportive inlaws ,husband ,parents and yet she has no drive .That's why I feel the disconnect . Generally this scenario is very positive for any women to pursue their dreams but here the makers have completely forgotten about it .

I'm not taking it personally dear. If the criticism came from a completely neutral perspective, I would have enjoyed discussing further as you pointed out, we were indeed worried how Bhavika's acting became so one-tone suddenly.

But just like there is a fraction of Ghum fans who blame YHM unnecessarily, there's also a portion of unreasonable YHM fans who would drag literally anyone and everyone as long as it justifies YHM being the so called best show.

The proof is given below:

I'm not saying you or anyone else has to like the new pair as everyone is entitled to their opinion and I truly respect that.

However, you should also know it's not just you guys who go through every thread. I'm well aware of the discussion happening in IF and who is genuinely criticizing and who's not.

So for our own sake, we should not indulge in this further because ultimately you people will come up with such reasoning and blame it on us for being blind fans.

Okay makers,nobody is demanding & expecting Savi to melt or quickly fall in love after all the catastrophe she's been through, it's fine, nobody is demanding, Savi being smitten with Rajat so quick, but Makers, she's still a living human, certain reaction or emotion are bound to be generated out of a human, even if it's a cluesless/ confused one, displeasure or irritation or anger or awkward or shy ones... kuch to ho. But no, naah, nothing, directors have indeed given that deadpan, lifeless & blank face even in her normal conversation scenes with Rajat, let alone cosy scenes... It ain't helping & also not bringing substantial progression in the lead couple's journey, becz audience are clueless as to what Savi is actually feeling, it's getting imposssible to decipher through Savi's deadpan look

Makers, audience are really tired of this, it dims the overall impact & deteriorates & sours up overall viewing experience, that's why many are distancing themselves from it. Do give a heed to it.

I'm really glad that finally in today's episode Bhavika emoted so appropriately. I loved the entire bit of her and Rajat's bet.

For me the best line was Katkat Thakkar Ko Sweet Sweet Shakkar Bana Dia

The only thing that annoyed me was how Millind put the entire blame on Rajat. It was he who suspected Savi might be upset. Rajat only agreed that she wouldn't be wrong if that was the case. But this guy totally omitted that. I kind of felt bad that yet again Savi was disappointed realizing how little Rajat understands her even now.

With all due respect, that thread is specifically for comparisons between yhm and ghum..Which includes comparison and discussion about the plot, the characters and even the actors..If you feel that the criticism in that thread is unreasonable/not genuine, then I don't have anything to say tbh. It's okay. All of us have our own biases. No one can be completely neutral.

BUT last week in this thread there was some ghum fan who degraded Karan's looks but nobody in this thread took a stand against that unfortunately. Atleast yhm fans are only criticizing acting.

If you go a few pages back in that thread, you would find another comment of mine where I said that I like Hitesh and Bhavika in real life and that I hope they find success in their careers. So I hope you don't label me as their haters or something. I just don't like their acting. Peace
