This guy doesn't leave even the smallest of moments go without being in character.
When Sai came in, he noticed and observed silently but the moment Viju took Satya's name, he expressed surprise. It could've been easily missed but he didn't let it happen. Soon, his concern shifted to Sai, again.
When Sai hugged him, his first reaction was that if surprise. Then his emotions took charge and he was about to hug her back but soon, the reality kicked in and he restrained himself from hugging her back. But he also knew the moment was sensitive, so he didn't push her away (he might have done so on some other occasion😆) but made her face him gently.
These two were my favourite moments from this episode.
I remember Neil had somewhere said that acting is about expressing during the gap between dialogues (or something to this effect). It wasn't said to impress anybody. This is his true belief as can be seen here. In both the above mentioned scenes, he had no dialogues but he was there, every moment, living, breathing Virat.
