I always considered Neil and Mansi's chemistry superior until Ghum:)

Neil has very good chemistry with Mansi and it’s special in its own way . With limited romantic scenes they were able to bring out the passion well .Originally posted by: AninditaB

You can get some of the episodes in daily motion
Unfortunately, daily motion doesn't work for me 😢

It was a cult show and Neil excelled as young Kesar . I wonder if that serial would have been aired today how the current lot of audiences active on SM would have reacted . In the age of shipping and desire to see only BTS , performance are not given importance . There are some episodes on daily motion .
No wonder I know many actors who hide their marriage status , play with fan feelings by giving false shipping feels to gain fandom .
Do you feel his performance has degraded here or it's the personal bias of people because they don't like Ghum?
They would have shipped the poor girl with one of the two guys or both and it would have been the same as it is now
I won't judge the actors who do that but then it comes to the integrity of a person, it's their personal choice whatever they are comfortable with 😆
I'm just glad that Neil has stopped reacting to this never ending offscreen drama.
This moor and nethraa's theory also, I believe
Every time V gets a haircut especially a short trim... The track becomes Pro Sai 😆
Honestly, his performance hasn’t degraded in fact it has become better after gulaal . The only person imo who can give tough competition to Neil in terms of acting in his generation of actors in the show is Sid Bhodke rest no one can come close to him . His diction is perfect , expressions are apt , he can convey without dialogues if script is not ambiguous .

That’s sad . I don’t think it’s available else where …some VMs are available on YT .

Grooms well before proceeding. 😆 natural.
This track is pro Sai actually. Now nothing will go wrong. 😆

Neil is a good actor definitely. I have seen his Karol bhag. He was 23 or something at that time. Abhi is this husband who is 8 years younger to his wife, but he has to behave matured. His mom in that shows tells the same. Abhi has always been so mature for his age from his childhood. Neil brought that out sooo well.
The FL( his wife)'s younger sisters are older to him but the way he handles them is so endearing. Being friendly, yet showing his status as their elder BIL. Even as husband, he is a kid infront of his sacrificial wife who is 8 years older to him, but he puts his foot down and makes decisions.
I think roles like these bring out the acting because you have to convince the viewers as a matured man of 30 being in body of 22!!
Gulaal is much easier I thought. Because he was 22 in mind, body and actions. Though, as the director of the show once said to make this BIL and SIL chemistry show up without cringe factor is extremely difficult. Mansi and Neil both did amazingly well. There are scenes where his thoughts wander around lust, no wonder his age was like that, but how controlled they were!! Not once I felt cringe. Eventually you root for them to become one. His character arc, though spanned only for 7 months or so, had full growth.
Now in Ghum, it is reverse. He has much younger wife and he has be matured one in their marriage, the nurturer. However, he shows his vulnerabilites so well. He becomes so immaturish in front of Sai, in a believable way. To show such nuances is difficult. Both Ayesha and Neil showed how a married couple grow over time. Good actors capture these progressions well. I see that in both Neil and Ayesha. 👍🏼
Bottom line is yes I think Neil is a good actor, if given the right content with good directors.
