Shazil: "As a Pakistani , England deserve to stay in this tournament. Unlike Pakistan and New Zealand who weren't good enough and lost 2 matches, England only lost one game and would be incredibly unlucky to be knocked out here. That being said if Scotland can manage to beat Australia then they would deserve it too."

'In this tournament, you potentially could come up against England at some stage again and they're probably one of the top few teams on their day. We've had some real struggles against them in T20 cricket. So, if we can get them out of the tournament that's in our best interest as well as probably everyone else' - these were the exact words spoken by Josh Hazlewood after Australia's win over Namibia a few days back. That set tongues wagging with even the 'spirit of cricket' brought into play if Australia did go on to lose against Scotland. Could Australia throw away an international match just to spite their Ashes rivals? England's win over Oman and Namibia has ensured that Scotland will have to win tonight if they're to go through to the Super Eights. That brings us to Australia. With teams not carrying points into the next round, they can afford to experiment, they can go into the game with a slightly weakened XI, but would they want to lose the winning momentum? Will a proud team that's recently won the Test championships and the 50-over World Cup titles go to the extreme to oust one of their potential threats for the T20 title? Several plots and subplots are interlinked with each other as the T20 World Cup reaches the shores of St. Lucia, the ninth destination of the tournament. Toss and team news coming up shortly..

Australia have won the toss and opted to bowl first. "Looks a really good surface," says Mitchell Marsh. "It's like another World Cup game and we have a lot of respect for Scotland. Two changes: Cummins and Hazlewood are out (rested), Starc and Ellis come in."

Aaron: "To be honest, I don't get what the fuss is all about. Australia will win in easy manner and help England get in to the Super 8. But England have really deep flaws in their batting and bowling department. West Indies and SA are very likely to knock them out in my eyes."

"For us, the chatter is out of our control," says Richie Berrington. "We knew we had to beat some of the best teams to qualify. We have gone with the same team as last game."

Richie Berrington - We would have batted first, looks like a good surface, an opportunity to get a score on the board. We like a challenge like this, you'll have to take on the best teams in the world and come up trumps. We're playing the same team. We've been here before, beaten some good teams, we'll just have to play well and execute our plans.

"The weather in absolutely fantastic," Pommie Mbangwa says in his pitch report. "There is a pretty strong wind blowing across. The two square boundaries are 66 and 69 metres. Down the ground is 78 metres."

"A nice grass covering," adds Matthew Hayden. "Not going to turn a great deal. But it will have a little bit of extra bounce and extra pace. Winning the toss is a big advantage."
