After being paid 5 Crores, who wouldn't be?
Arshad Warsi hosted the first celebrity ridiculing show on national television called 'Big Boss'. Not the kind of show any celebrity would like to associate with, but Arshad seemed pretty comfortable.
After all, he did get paid 75 Lakhs for the first season. If that reason was enough for him to host the first season, the amount he's been offered will make sure he hosts the second season too.
For the second season, he's been offered a whopping amount of Rs 5 Crore. I wonder if Arshad really is that big a star to deserve this amount.
Well, as the famous adage goes, 'Every dog has his day'!
I decided to catch up with Arshad and he said "There are talks happening. But it is too soon to divulge anything out. Nothing much has been confirmed about the final deal yet."
Yeah sure! As if he would negotiate even after being offered 5 Crores. Cut the diplomacy, dude!
'Big Boss' is the desi version of the famous American show, 'Big Brother'. Shilpa Shetty could tell you much more about the show!
If you happened to do the mistake of watching the first season, you would know what to expect in the next one. Cat fights, crocodile tears, back biting and many such antisocial factors form the crux of the show.
The show had the perfect combinations of nincompoops to fit the bill. People like Rakhi Sawant, Bobby Darling, Ravi Kissen and many more created enough drama to keep the TRPs going.
This time around too, the show seems to be going the same way. They have already roped in Sherlyn Chopra and Bhojpuri actor Manoj Tiwari.
Looks like the second season will have a higher dose of all the obscenities possible!
