This is sad, kjo is going to be the maker and destructor of Dharma. The company of his dad which he took to this heights, how is he ok with giving 50%of its share?

Also since he is 50% owner now and not 51%, he essentially lost Dharma..he will have to ask his partner permission for everything, which must sting.

i think Brahmastra did a number on Dharma, that was supposed to be his Bahubali. As always actors moved on and producers went bankrupt.

I don't understand how he let it get this bad, even yashraj had a patch of bad films and flops but Adi chopra didnt lose his company. Kjo def is not financially savy, he needs to focus on one thing instead of trying to do million things.
