I have a genuine question..what are they actually selling when they mean someone bought out a PH? Is it the licensing rights and IP of that PH and the office and studios? Because frankly even 600 crores looks so inflated for Dharma to me because of how it’s just been a downhill road for them

KJo is a good story teller but worst businessman. A smart businessman picks up crazy talent from the janta and employs them under his name so that his bachha bracchis can get comfort and money. Have you ever heard that Anant Ambani has path breaking entrepreneurial skills?? No na. But all the benefit of the hardwork that the smartest brains at Reliance do is bore by him.

But Kjo dug his as well as the grave of all his nepo kids’ careers by blocking opportunities for newcomers from outside the industry. By using his name and fame to garner undeserved opportunities for his favourites. And now when there will be no Dharma, there will be no talentless nepos. Let’s see who survives without the godfather.
