Even after Stree 2's mega success, I wonder why the industry remains cold and indifferent towards her. There's something off somewhere.

These may be just speculations from my end, but I feel Shraddha has more stardom than Alia. Even a small success from Alia gets so much adulation from the indutrsy, but I feel like there's this weird agenda against Shraddha.

Anyone can shed light on this?

This goes back to 2013.

Parineeti was at the top of her game. Shraddha was the first from her generation to score 100 crore film with EV, hot off the success of Aashiqui 2.

A bratty and insecure girl then started her manipulative ways and got her Dharma Daddy to do all of her dirty work for her. That’s why no matter if she’s Gangu or Rani - she can never capture the heart and respect of the audiences.

Adulation from the industry means nothing. Are they offering Aloo films? Shraddha's biggest asset is her utterly captivating feminity and beauty and dance moves. She is every man's dream girl. They are happy just looking at her. Producers will find a way to capitalise on that. Horror comedies can be her forte.

Shraddha ,I believe has created a demand for herself. Every film should create more opportunities for actors, more cards in hand to play and to take risks.

Jigra is self produced. I will post another time, about the print media and YRF handles promoting Sharavari ,the YRF talent according to them, holding a gun.

Meanwhile..put down a list of films done by Kiara ,Kriti,Sharvar,Janhvi etc in the last year..and their upcoming films. Some of them have multiple PH's backing them, and are doing various genre films.

List them out and compare. Ok GO!

P.S. Inspite of them being "terrible actresses"..giving flops after flops etc etc.

The three mentioned here had different ways to get a prominent place in the Hindi filmindustry... and now it's Shraddha's time after Parineeti got married and scored (a last time?) with Chamkila (and other then her colleagues, she has a genuine second talent: singing).

Alia is the only one to get a real mentor, someone not only wanting to profit from her but to invest emotions...I'm sure Karan really felt (still feels?) a strong bond which also made him vulnerable towards Alia's wishes. But I got the feeling that 'the industry' will let her down if she doesn't deliver profit.

I wish for Shraddha that her contribution to the success of Stree 2 will result in more than the prospect of Stree 3...

Shraddha's management ( idk who manages/ managed her) failed to market her properly. She should have been endorsing more brands to begin with. She does less films and in between disappears. She is rarely spotted at Bolly parties. Kriti the outsider has managed to socialise and market herself better with half of Shraddha's popularity, same acting talent .
