neither "still" nor "hot"... except one magazine photoshoot I came across where I found her 'hot'-looking...
I did a picture-search on Google for "Alia Bhatt hot" to find a photo of the shooting...and somehow, it made me sad to see how much she tried/tries to come across as 'hot' (although as a woman I may not have the same perception as a male gaze).

Not sure about hotness but yes she looks great all the time... she has an pretty and endearing look.
