yes, first time i heard raveena or some such had won dadasaheb phalke award i was dizzy for a sec then realised yeah woh wala award nahin hain
Dadasaheb phalkw award is given alongside rajat Kamal right? They don't award any tv or web actors

yeah that is announced by the govt, it is the highest in films
mostly given to real legends, those who have got it have mostly deserved it from a devika rani, lata to shyam benegal etc
this is some local award with the same name
didnt know it came down to rakhi from raveena 😆
