Hope karma bite him someday.

How he made her life miserable? He was 21 years while she was the older mature lady of 25 years.

The way i saw, she already sounded depressed due to her career failings , family pressure and he was the only support for her who she used to keep clinging on to. As she was not close to her family. While, he wanted to end the relation. I want to know what did her family do in all this? Did they ask her to stay away from him? No. Did they take her to a doctor to get over her emotional issues? No. Why did they even leave her alone without anybody watching over her knowing her fragile state of mind?

Very easy to blame the guy. What is he supposed to do? Continue the relation with the clingy lady against his will? This is a classic case of someone not able to get over a break up and the guy getting blamed.

Why is everyone assuming him to be guilty? ... Is the case clear as water? ... I don't get it ... Did Jiah give out statements of abuse by him before she died?! ... Haven't read much on the case so not sure!

In her suicide letter she wrote that he hurt her deeply, and made her abort their baby, etc.

It was not a suicide letter. And having gone thru it, it sounded like a love letter. Seems Jiah was already a victim of trauma and rape. And when she met Sooraj, she wanted love and commitment. While he was not ready in anything big n into casual relation. She even said she aborted the baby bcoz she was scared of being pregnant. So why is he blamed alone? Also, her words seems more of a heart break of a pining lover who wanted more from a 21 yrs old jobless guy than anything else. If devdas died, can Paro be hanged? U cannot force anyone into anything

It was definitely a suicide letter, her sister found it after finding her dead body. The last sentences of her letter were as follows: “All I want now is to go to sleep and never wake up again. I am nothing. I had everything. I felt so alone even while with you. You made me feel alone and vulnerable. I am so much more than this. (sic)” She also wrote that he threatened to hit her and that he tortured her everyday. It was a suicide letter for sure.

That letter was found after many days. It was more like a diary. Torture is too generic a word. Usne mujhe pyar me tadpaya. Does not mean sach me tadpaya. Why wud she want commitment from such a guy then? She wanted the relationship to continue while he was avoiding her.

She lost an audition. Tried to call him. He didn't answer n killed herself.

you really have a tendency to brush aside any woman victim's pov and have a tendency to think any accusation against a guy is false. Really disturbing to read at times tbh. At least try to behave neutral if not sensitive towards the victim

Huh. I find stupid arguments going by one gender words n side disturbing too.

I use brain. Not make every issue into man vs woman. If u followed the case, u wud know the court n cbi threw the highly disturbing n deranged arguments cooked up by her Mom n put only abetment to suicide case which is in any case is too difficult to determine. Law works on logic. That lady was saying stuff like he murdered her n then staged suicide. Her Mom needs therapy n shud be put in lie detector.

I'm not making it about man vs woman, just a pattern I've observed in your posts a lot involving any such case.I remember siding with HR in kangana case and your reply thanking me was so agressive and generalization of all women I was taken aback but did'nt reply. I've noticed it more n more since then.your posts r pretty triggering to real victims at times. Also to imply only you have brain others do'nt😆never pitofy your own dhindora looks so ridiculious
