I wish Aadhya doesn't become the lead. I hope she lives as far away from this disgusting family and their unpaid servants. Anyone who becomes the lead, the makers will make her as gross and hypocrite as Anupa for sure. That's what is needed to become the FL sosmiley36

But somewhere I feel that will make another girl the lead and make Aadhya the villainsmiley24

They can go to any extent to whitewash Anupa.

Had u seen d segment of DKP staring rupali, sudhanshu & gaurav, rupali clearly said she will continue as anupama so there will be no generation leap

So as per new episode, asha ko nahi adopt kiya gaya but now, Maahi is being brought into Kapadia family. I hope this is temporary and they don't pit the sisters against each other for the male lead's affection or any other reason. It's so regressive to make girls within a family compete for a guy's love. What's so special about him that two sisters would go crazy over him? The third-generation leap in YRKKH was unwatchable for the same reason. I still want Adhya to lead even if she is older sister, so that way the gen leap will be shorter. Adhya's character has more substance.

More on the post : Personally, I am extremely biased towards Adhya aka Chhoti Anu.

Let me provide an example. In Kumkum Bhagya, Prachi and Ranbir had Khushi, and they portrayed her as a child. However, a leap occurred, separating them once again. Suddenly, we were introduced to a new daughter, the younger one Purvi, who became the main character. Why do they resort to such tactics? The audience adores the children featured as characters on the show. When a leap occurs, why do they suddenly turn negative? This approach is wrong on so many levels.

Also, zaroori thodi na hai ki chhoti beti hi lead character bane. Maybe they should let the audience decide who should lead. Jo audience ko zyada pasand hogi, she can lead. TV needs to get out of its own stereotype.

Another thing, why do they pit one sister against the other for the Male Lead's attention. Usko sona laga hai kya ki do behne uske liye ladti rahe. Can't they get another lead for the younger sister and show progressive love stories instead of this behen behen dushman drama. Ki itna budget nahi hota ki do ML's do FL's afford kar sake, without making it a love rectangle, please no, apart from Anupamaa Anuj already.

I liked shows like Miley Jab Hum Tum and Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai, where the sisters were each other's biggest support system. These shows aired ages ago and still had better characters and stories then what we see these days on tv.
