Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Armaan tells Abhira the truth, urges her to return Rohit's baby

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Rohit lovingly holds his son and plants a kiss on his forehead. He learns from the doctors that it will take some time for Ruhi to regain consciousness due to the effects of her surgery. Hearing Armaan crying nearby, he becomes concerned. Meanwhile, Vidya and Madhav exchange Daada and Daadi brooch as gifts, with Vidya growing increasingly anxious about Rohit and Armaan's well-being.

Rohit embraces a heartbroken Armaan; he encourages Armaan to let out his emotions, urging him to cry openly. Armaan expresses deep regret over not being able to share in Rohit's joy, breaking down as he contemplates facing Abhira. He worries that Abhira might struggle to cope with the loss of their baby. Rohit handles Armaan, who fears losing Abhira, too. Reminded of Vidya's curse, Armaan becomes convinced that it has come true — his marriage will never be successful, leaving Rohit in shock.

Ruhi is slipped into a coma:

Later, Rohit and Armaan receive the heartbreaking news that Ruhi has slipped into a coma. Both men are devastated, with Rohit breaking down at the news. Armaan steps in, telling Rohit to stay by Ruhi's side while he himself vows to care for Rohit's baby. Back at the Poddar house, Krish notes that neither Armaan nor Rohit has given them any updates. 

Aryan admits he's also feeling anxious. Charu tries to lighten the mood, joking that Aryan's anxiety might stem from the fact he won't be the youngest anymore. She recalls how Kiara had a similar reaction when Aryan was born, which leads to a discussion between Kiara, Krish, and Charu about Aryan's childhood. Aryan declares that he'll only be playing with the babies in the family.

Abhira regains conciousness;

Manish confides in Swarna that he senses something is amiss and expresses concern for Ruhi and Abhira. Meanwhile, Kaveri makes an emotional decision to keep the truth hidden from the Poddars. At the hospital, Armaan asks Rohit when Ruhi might regain consciousness, and Rohit, consumed by guilt, regrets having left her alone. Armaan tries to console him. Then, a nurse arrives to inform Armaan that Abhira has regained consciousness.

Armaan goes to see Abhira, who immediately asks about her baby, wanting to hold her child. Rohit brings his baby over, claiming it is Abhira's, and Abhira joyfully cradles the child in her arms. Armaan, however, feels compelled to reveal the truth to her. Just as he's about to speak, Rohit intervenes, requesting Armaan to raise the child as his own. Armaan hesitates, not wanting to break Abhira's heart. Rohit insists, expressing his wish for his child to have a mother's love and not grow up alone.

Manish, Swarna, and Kaveri arrive at the hospital. Swarna breaks the news about Ruhi to Manish, leaving him stunned. Armaan then gently encourages Abhira to hand the baby to Rohit, finally revealing that the baby is actually Rohit's. Abhira is left in shock.

In the precap, The Poddars warmly welcome Armaan and Abhira along with their baby. Abhira expresses her gratitude, saying she wouldn't have made it without her baby. Meanwhile, Ruhi begins to regain consciousness, and Armaan is taken aback.
