Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Abhira senses something amiss as Armaan keeps distance from the baby

In Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, a five-month leap shows Ruhi and Abhira pregnant—Ruhi at nine months, Abhira at seven. Worried Abhira may have a son while she expects a daughter, Ruhi consults a priest but soon goes into labor, meets with an accident, and undergoes surgery.

Both women face complications: Abhira loses her baby, while Ruhi’s child survives, but she falls into a coma. To protect Abhira from the loss, Rohit gives her Ruhi’s baby when she awakens, sparing her from the painful truth.
