Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Armaan suspects Ruhi of tampering with Abhira’s medical reports

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Krish acknowledges that Armaan has shown his love for Abhira. He encourages Armaan to perform a dance in Abhira's honour. Together, Abhira, Armaan, and the Poddars enjoy dancing to a mehendi tune. Meanwhile, Manish reminisces about Kartik, Naira, Abhimanyu, and Akshara. Ruhi becomes upset upon noticing Manish's support for Abhira.

Ruhi stumbles upon Abhira's medical report and feels that Abhira's own happiness has been cursed. She watches Abhira dance joyfully with Arman and Manish but is unable to bring herself to tell Abhira about the concerning health issue. Instead, Ruhi decides to reveal the truth to Kaveri. Before she could, Ruhi insists that Armaan have a private conversation with her. Abhira grows anxious seeing Ruhi and Armaan together, unsure of Ruhi's intentions.

Armaan, concerned for Abhira, asks Ruhi what she wants to talk about. As they are speaking, a street vendor approaches Armaan to buy toys, which excites him. Ruhi, however, tells him to stop focusing on toys and pay attention to the conversation.

Abhira, feeling uneasy, asks Krish, Charu, and Kiara about Armaan's whereabouts and learns that he left his phone behind. This makes Abhira more anxious. Krish informs her that Ruhi and Armaan were seen heading to the Shiv temple. Determined to find Armaan, Abhira decides to go after him despite Charu advising her to stay home for the mehendi celebration. Krish tries to prevent Charu from thinking negatively, while Kiara advises Abhira to remain calm and not get upset with Armaan. Abhira chooses to trust Arman and refuses to doubt Ruhi's intentions.

Elsewhere, Vidya realises that Abhira's report has gone missing. Manish tries to comfort Vidya, asking her not to worry about Abhira. Meanwhile, Armaan presses Ruhi for the real reason she brought him out. Ruhi reveals the shocking truth—that Abhira cannot conceive. She tells Armaan that his dream of becoming a father is shattered due to Abhira's infertility. Armaan struggles to believe Ruhi’s claims and suspects that she may have tampered with the report, as she has always wanted a rift between them. He decides to double-check with the doctor but realises he hasn't brought his phone. Ruhi offers her phone, leading Armaan to call the doctor. The doctor confirms that Abhira can never conceive, and even if she does, her life would be in danger, shocking Armaan.

Back at the temple, Krish, Charu, Kiara, and Aryan work together to conceal the situation. Meanwhile, Ruhi attempts to turn Armaan against Abhira, but Armaan firmly tells Ruhi to keep the truth hidden. When Abhira presses Armaan to be honest with her, he reassures her, asking for her trust and promising that he will tell her everything when the time is right. Abhira agrees to wait.

At that moment, Kaveri spots Arman and Abhira together. Armaan lies to Kaveri, saying that he went to check on Abhira. Manisha then urges Abhira to finish her mehendi, while Vidya confronts Armaan, asking if he has seen Abhira's medical reports. Armaan is left stunned.
