Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Abhira reveals she's Akshara's daughter, leaving Manish in shock

In the latest twist, Ruhi's plotting threatens to drive a wedge between Abhira and Armaan, even as Kaveri remains supportive of their upcoming marriage. With the Janmashtami celebrations wrapping up, preparations for Abhira and Armaan's wedding are in full swing. However, Sanjay's manipulation of Kaveri has taken a surprising turn, leading Kaveri to pressure Abhira into signing a prenup. This unexpected demand leaves Abhira shocked, but she remains resolute in refusing to sign the contract.

In the upcoming episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, the Poddar family is seen adorned in traditional Himachali attire and engaged in the celebration. As Abhira and Armaan's pre-wedding functions follow Himachali rituals, Manish begins to grow suspicious. He confronts Abhira, who is busy lighting diyas, and curiously asks her something that's been bothering him. Abhira, while carefully lighting the diya, listens attentively. Manish asks, "You're from Mussoorie, but this ritual is Himachali. How is it connected to you?" Abhira responds by saying, "My father is from Kasoli," which deepens Manish's suspicion. He then asks about her mother's name, to which Abhira, smilingly, replies, "Akshara." Manish is stunned to hear that Abhira is Akshara's daughter. Before he can probe further, Armaan's cousins arrive and urgently take Abhira away.

In another subplot, Abhira becomes slightly emotional when she looks at a photo frame of her parents, missing them dearly on her big day. From a distance, Manish catches a glimpse of the photo and approaches it, only to be shocked by the realisation that Abhira is indeed his Akshara's daughter.
