Is Anushka Shetty all set to marry Dubai-Based Businessman Soon? Here’s what we know

Anushka Shetty, the talented actress known for her captivating performances and stunning appearance, has often been in the spotlight not just for her acting skills but also for her personal life. There were long-standing rumors about her relationship with the renowned actor Prabhas, with both of them consistently maintaining that they are just close friends. However, the latest buzz suggests that Anushka Shetty might tie the knot with a businessman in the near future. These speculations have been circulating widely across the Internet.

As per a report on Oneindia, the Bhaagamathie star found her Mr. Right through a family-arranged setup. Anushka is gearing up to marry a businessman based in Dubai. The report indicates that the families have convened and deliberated on the upcoming wedding. Although neither the actress nor her team has officially verified the information, the rumor has swiftly spread across various online platforms.

Additionally, the report from Oneindia asserts that Anushka's parents have been keen on seeing their daughter embrace marital life for a while, and after years, the actress has finally consented to it. It is worth noting that there were previous speculations about Anushka marrying K Raghavendra Rao's son, Prakash, but these rumors were later dismissed.

The rumors linking Anushka Shetty and Prabhas have sparked marriage speculations multiple times. Despite this, both stars have consistently refuted such rumors. During an event in 2018, Anushka explicitly stated, "Prabhas and I are not getting married. Please do not expect Baahubali and Devasena-like chemistry in real life. It is only for the screen.” 

In an interview in the same year, she admitted, “We are just very good friends. And there’s nothing between Prabhas and me except friendship. We are definitely not getting married.”

On the professional front, Anushka Shetty's most recent appearance was in the film "Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty" alongside Naveen Polishetty. The movie, released in 2023, garnered an incredible response from viewers and swiftly became a box office hit.

Following her recent project, Anushka Shetty is set to appear in "Ghaati," directed by Krish Jagarlamudi. Notably, this marks the second collaboration between the actor and director after their work on Vedam featuring Allu Arjun. Additionally, Anushka Shetty will star in the fantasy thriller "Kathanar – The Wild Sorcerer," alongside Prabhu Deva.
