Jatin Arora, who had quit Teri Meri Doriyaann owing to health issues, is set to re-enter the show

Jatin Arora recently made headlines by returning to the popular TV series "Teri Meri Dooriyann" after a brief hiatus. Earlier this year, he had decided to leave the show due to creative reasons and to focus on his health. Initially portraying a positive character, Veer, the storyline took a turn, leading his character to be portrayed negatively and sent to an asylum upon his exit in March.

However, after several months, Jatin is back on the show as Veer, Angad's brother, aiming to resolve family issues and bring a positive influence. In a conversation with Etimes, Jatin confirms his re-entry after a hiatus. Expressing gratitude for the opportunity to return, he shared with the mentioned portal, "I had quit Teri Meri in March 2024 due to creativity issues and also had taken a break because I wanted to focus on my health. I played a very positive and good guy in the show in the beginning, but when they planned my exit, my role turned negative, and my character was sent to an asylum. Now, after many months, I will be back in the show as the makers have decided to bring Veer, (Angad's brother) back. I am glad that even when the show is wrapping up on July 14, the makers felt that they should revive my track and I am grateful.

Jatin confirms his re-entry through an Instagram post:

Jatin emphasised the show's focus on the bond between the three brothers initially. Towards the end, his character underwent significant changes, including struggles with alcoholism, which brought a negative dynamic to the Brar family. Now returning refreshed, Jatin looks forward to portraying Veer as a changed and positive figure in the series.

 Reflecting on the show's premise, Jatin added, "Teri Meri is a good show, and the story initially revolved around the three brothers. When I quit the show, my character was in love with Sahiba's sister in the show. But, then since I wanted to exit the show, they showed my character to be an alcoholic and someone who brought negativity to the Brar family. Now, after a break of 3 months, I am back, and my role will turn positive because Veer is now a changed man."

For the unversed, Jatin plays the character of Veer Brar in the show, who has been sent to a rehab centre.
